Bolangir - Kingdom still exists in the name of Democracy

Dear all,

JVM has requested all to review the performance of two MPs - Kalahandi and Koraput – and all the MLAs falling in this area. We have comparatively received a better feed back on the MP and MLAS of Kalahandi area compared to a mute response on the tribal dominated Koraput MP and MLAs. As mentioned in our earlier posting, we will keep the review of the performance of these people’s representatives an open ended.

After Kalahandi and Koraput, we would like to review the third MP constituency of KBK region - Bolangir. This area is politically sensitive where the separate Kosal state demand originates because of the regional imbalance in the state. This is an area where migration is very high and poverty is evident. There is strong resentment against the Kingdom led political leadership who depute Men to safeguard their constituency after they enter Parliament or state Assembly. Following is the name of MP and all the seven MLAs falling in this area:

Bolangir MP

Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo

MLAs

1. Birmaharajpur Padmanabh Behera
2. Sonepur Niranjan Pujari
3. Loisingha Ramakanta Seth
4. Patnagarh Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo
5. Balangir Ananga Udaya Singh Deo
6. Titlagarh Surendra Singh Bhoi
7. Kantabanji Santosh Singh Saluja

Apart from the MP or MLA LAD funds, we need to scrutinize, what these leaders of Bolangir did to stop migration from the area? What they have done to protect the interest of the people who are effected in the Lower Suktel Project ? There are a large number of issues which confronts the poor people of Bolangir which needs to be debated on the public forums.

Let us democratize the Data Mining process to find out the best
results in the evaluation of MPs and MLAs of Bolangir and the political leadership of the backward region.

Please provide your inputs and offer your comments as well as suggestions on the subject under review.

Thanks & Regards,

Sai Prasan
